The barrier gate housing is of 3.42mm(10 ga.), all welded cold
rolled steel construction with two weatherproof gasketed doors.
The doors are equipped with flush mounted T-handle locks, keyed
alike, with two keys supplied. Two coats of baked automotive
enamel provide an attractive and completely weather resistant
finish.Standard color orange. Also available; white, red ,black
and green. |

The gate arm is driven by a 1/3 H.P. 115 V.A.C. instant
reversing motor, connected by double "V" belts to a heavy duty
60-1 single reduction speed reducer. Power is then transmitted
to the gate arm drive shaft through crank and connecting rod.
Adjustable cams are provided to limit gate arm travel. Crank and
connecting rod are constructed of solid bar steel, and all
internal moving parts are zinc plated to prevent rust. |

All electrical control relays are supplied in a plug-in
controller which is readily changeable as a pakage. A cadium
plated connection box is provided for all external connections
and has a 115 V.A.C. convenience outlet. All gate control
switches are located inside the lower gate door near the top of
the connection box. These switches are: 1.Off-On switch to
control the power supply for the entire gate system(except loop
detectors, when used). 2.Auto-manual switch to test motor and
limit switches or raise gate manually. 3.Heater switch to turn
on 250 Watt heater strip when necessary. |

The standard gate arm is painted black and is 3048mm to 3568mm
(10'-0" to 12'-0") maximum in lenght, constructed of 25.4mm x
152.4mm (1" x 6") lumber, with black and yellow traffic tape on
both sides. Also available; white gate arm. |

For automatic opening and/or opened safety hold of gate.
Isolated output and automatic drift compensation. The gate
operates on 120 V.A.C. 60 Hz power source or 24 volts.

For controlled access to the plant facilities by means of a
coded magnetic card. Allows entrance only to the authorized card
holders. Available on gooseneck stand or for wall mounting. |
Radio control, pneumatic or electric driveway treadles,
keyswitches for post or wall mounting, warning lights, three
button control stations both indoor and outdoor type, motion
detector.
