The gte of aluminum square tubes 50 mm x 50 mm with aluminium
round tubes 25 mm diameter, welded in a vertical position at the
top and at the bottom 150 mm on centre. The height of the gate
varies depending on the model.
No screws in the gate construction.
An aluminium flat bar 19 mm is welded onto the vertical tubes of
the arm for the arch finishing, depending on the chosen model.

The aluminium is mill finish or painted white, brown, black or
green.

The support posts 100 mm x 100 m and the anchor plate are hot
dipped galvanized steel. The posts are mounted on a 25 mPa
cement pillar at a minimum depth of 1524 mm. The cement pillar
base is cone shaped to insure a maximum stability and at the
same time keep the pillar from moving during climate changes.

OPENING/CLOSING MECHANISM:

The gate operates with a hydraulic cylinder.
Manual operation is available.

The gate operates using a control cabinet. This cabinet is
heated by a thermostat controlled heating element.
OPTIONS:
-Automatic timer for opening and closing.

- AGDS safety edge working with a receiver/transmitter. When
touched, the safety edge stops the gate and reverses it
trajectory.
- Detection loops in the ground on each side of the gate.
- Opening and/or closing hydraulic pressure security.

One gate can cover a 2745mm opening
Two gates can cover a 5490mm opening.
