SERIES 600 - STANDARD ALUMINUM PANELS DOORS

The doors are STANDARD ALUMINUM PANEL DOORS SERIES 600 as
manufactured by DORION DOORS INC. 2987 Boul. Perrôt, Île Perrôt,
Québec J7V 8P4. All doors will be manufactured according to our
shop drawings and specifications described below.

The extrusions are 44 mm thick made of tubular 6063?T5 aluminum
alloy no less than 073 mm thick. The horizontal and vertical
mullions as well as the meeting rails are assembled together
with full length threaded screws. The tubular extrusions are
filled with foam injected polyurethane as per norm ASTM C-518
for thermal resistance.

1,58 mm thick aluminum panels encased into a flexible vinyl
channel and held in place with a rigid PVC snap?on moulding
|
Any section can be glazed with 3 mm single clear glass; 3,2 mm
thick clear acrylic; 16 mm SDP-1 6'in acrylic or poly-carbonated
double skin, clear or bronze. Glazing is encased into a flexible
vinyl channel and held in place with a rigid PVC snap-on
moulding

The intermediate horizontal mullions will have a full length
watertightness joint. A U-shaped EPDM rubber will be embedded at
the base of the bottom meeting rail.

standard: mill finish aluminum
Optional: bronze anodized, clear anodized aluminum, shop painted
with polyurethane finish, certified 2 mils thick architects'
choice of colours.

Exhaust vents available at extra costs "Stucco" finish aluminum
sheets available at extra costs.
