Inside face: 1.3mm thick Z275 galvanised steel sheet.
Outside face: full lenght marine type 19mm thick plywood screwed
on the frame and covered with 1.3mm thick Z275 galvanized steel
sheet.

Rigid polyurethane boards.

25mm double sealed glazing mounted in a retaining steel moulding
with the required EPDM rubber weatherseals, Inside 3mm thick
clear tempered glass. Outside 6mm thick clear wired glass.
Available in: 305mm x 305mm, 610mm x 305mm, 610mm x 610mm.

Solid cells foam-rubber and EPDM rubber weatherseal underneath
the door, easily replaceable due to wear and tear.

Hinges and locks model "Chicago" especially designed for cold
storage doors.

Shop applied polyurethane finish paint on both sides, certified
2 mils thick. Choice of colours.

Single panel: maximum 3050mm wide x 3660mm high.
Double panels: maximum 3660mm wide x 7620mm high.
