The glant vertical doors are engineered for special applications
such as aluminum plants; foundries; hangar doors; crane bay
plants.
Structure: made of heavy duty steel.
Covering: fiber-cement boards; aluminum or steel sheets.
Insulation: polyurethane up to 150 mm thick (RSI 6,66).
Glazing: 25,4 mm (1") thick double sealed glass 610 mm x 305 mm
(24"
x 12") made of 6,4 mm (1/4") clear wired glass outside and 6,4
mm (1/4") clear tempered glass inside.
Finish: shop applied epoxy primer FP 60 mils applied by airless
equipment covered with one coat of polyurethane finish paint CC
50 mils.
Operation: the multi-sections are interlocked with the bottom
leaves to prevent any injury or mishap in operating the door -
once the total width of the bottom leaves is opened, a signal is
given to open the upper multi-sec
tions - to reclose the door, the upper multi-sections must be
closed first and then the bottom leaves safety mechanical design
also provided to prevent anyone to close the bottom leaves when
the upper multi-sections are open - bottom leaves are also
equipped with a safety edge that will stop the door in case of
an obstruction - salety corner brackets available - additional
equipment can be supplied such as traffic lights - loop
detectors - radio control - computerised panel for distance
operation.
