THIS
LINE BEGINS WITH A SIMPLE COIL SUPPORT FOR COMMON SIZES 21" AND
24" ROLLS. THEY ARE PULLED BY THE WOODGRAIN MACHINE AND
SIMULTANEOUSLY THE OUTSIDE FACE IS COVERED WITH A PLASTIC SHIELD
PROTECTION WHICH IS REMOVED BY THE CUSTOMER ON THE JOBSITE. |
 |
THE WOODGRAIN EMBOSS MACHINE ALSO APPLIES A PLASTIC FILM
PROTECTION IN THE SAME OPERATION. |
THE
125 TONS PUNCH PRESS IS USED TO EMBOSS THE DOOR PANELS . YOU CAN
WORK WITH 24 GAUGE ALUMINIUM OR 26 GAUGE STEEL SHEETS |
HERE
IS THE ROLL-FORMER IN QUESTION. SIMPLE IN DESIGN, IT HAS BEEN
MODIFIED AND TESTED TO IMPROVE PRODUCTION. |
|
COMPUTERIZED INJECTION MACHINE |
THE
INJECTION PROCESS IS AVAILABLE THROUGH A LOW PRESSURE
POLYURETHANE COMPUTERIZED INJECTION MACHINE. IT HAS A CAPACITY
OF 60 KGS A MINUTE.
IT WOULD COME TO YOU WITH ALL THE ADAPTORS READY AND TESTED FOR
PRODUCTION |
HER
IS THE PRESS ITSELF INCLUDING THE TOTAL LINE FROM ONE END TO THE
OTHER. THIS PRESS IS HOT WATER HEATED, THERMOSTATICALLY
CONTROLLED. IT IS VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY STRONG. |
 |
IF
YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR BUILDING HEAVY DUTY INDUSTRIAL DOORS
THAT HAVE A SKIN THICKNESS OF 1/16" TO 1/8", WE CAN SET YOU UP
WITH A BIG PRESS THAT WILL BEND, FORM AND SHAPE THE SKINS. READY
WITH ALL DIES NECESSARY. THIS PRESS CAN BEND UP TO 16' LONG. |
ALL THE PVC MOULDING DIES NEEDED TO PUT THOSE ALUMINIUM SKINS
TOGETHER HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR 6 YEARS AND ARE IN PRODUCTION
SINCE THEN, ALL CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE.
IN OUR LITERATURE OF THE 4" DOOR YOU WILL NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE A
REMOVABLE WEATHERSTRIP IN BETWEEN EACH SECTIONS. THIS APPLIES TO
ALL DOOR THICKNESS. ALSO, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT BETWEEN
THE OUTSIDE AND THE INSIDE SKINS OF THE DOOR PANEL ITSELF.
THEREFORE YOU OBTAIN A MAXIMUM R VALUE FACTOR WITHOUT ANY
CONDUCTIVITY.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PIECES OF WOOD INSIDE THE DOOR PANEL
ITSELF. IT IS INJECTED FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER WITHOUT ANY
INTERFERENCE.
FINALLY WE HAVE DEVELOPED, WITH THIS PRODUCTION LINE, THE
POSSIBILITY OF HAVING ALL REINFORCING STRUTS PUT INSIDE THE DOOR
PANEL WHILE IT IS BEING INJECTED FOR 1 3/4" THICK UP TO THE
FANTASTIC 4" DOOR.
IT GIVES A CLEAR GOOD LOOK ON THE INTERIOR OF THE TOTAL FACE
COMPARED TO ANY OF OUR COMPETITOR ON THE MARKET AT THE PRESENT
TIME, PLUS THE FACT OF HAVING THE REINFORCING STRUT INSIDE THE
PANEL WHILE INJECTING GIVES IT A TOTAL NEW DIMENSION OF
UNEQUALLED STRENGTH TO THE PANEL. |
Included in this production line, a sample of all PVC dies
needed to assemble and mount the doors for 1 3/4, 2, 3 and 4
inches.
Also included a sample of santoprene rubber used in between each
section of the door panels. This in between weatherstrip is
removable.
Also included is a mounting table that is 16 feet long x 42
inches wide. This table is equipped with air hose outlets
underneath plus a 110 volts electric plug-in as well as an
extension to install the door skin during plastic extrusions
mounting.
This table is also mounted on super cast rollers of 12 inches in
diameter totally swivel type which can be moved around very
easily and is also equipped at both ends with locked in floor
adjustment to keep the table steady during panels fabrication.
This table can be extended 6 feet at both ends for a total
length of 28 feet long panels.
Underneath this table you have separations to store pre-cut PVC
caps for different sizes of door for fast production.
The dimensions of the building to install this production line
must be minimum 50 feet wide x 100 feet long x 14 feet high of
clearance.
This building must be able to be heated during the Winter time
at 76º F to obtain the maximum quality panel during the
fabrication period and the curing period of 48 hours. After the
curing period, the panels must be moved to an adjacent warehouse
where they will be kept dry at all times.
The warehouse in question must be according to the need of the
quantity of doors that you expect to manufacture in sizes and in
lengths, etc.
During the high peak of the Summer, humidity in the building
where you will process the injection must be controlled not to
exceed 90º F and the humidity must be maintained normal and
therefore the building must be properly ventilated during this
period.
The operation of this line can be done by 2 men that will
produce every 10 minutes 50 linear feet of doors 1 3/4 inch
thick.
Before shipping this production line, we recommend that you send
one or two of your employees, at your own costs, which they will
be given a 60 hours training course, (8 hours a day), how to
operate the total production line. Those courses are given in
French or English only. You must take care of the room and board
for your employees. After the 60 hour training course, if your
employees need more training, an additional 8 hours can be given
for more explanation.
We are situated 20 miles West of the Montreal International
Airport.
