STRUCTURE
The structure is made of tubular HSS.
The outside sheetings are in steel model CL522,
CL815, CL840, etc. from VicWest products. The colours as per
VicWest's standard colour chart.
INSULATION
The insulation is a fire retardant polyurethane foam injected as
per norm ASTM C-518 for thermal resistance, C.F.free.
GLAZING
Glazing is available.

WEATHERSTRIPPINGS
A "U"- shaped santoprene weatherstrip for the bottom.
A neoprene weatherstrip for the top.
Weatherstrips installed on the periphery of the inside janb to
give watertightness to the door in the closed position.
HARDWARE
The door is suspended at the top by heavy duty hinges.
OPERATION
The door is activated by a 5 HP, 600 volts, 60 cycles, three
phase hydraulic pump. A manual pump is supplied in case of power
failure.
The control has three (3) positions:
- center position: neutral
- foward position: open
- backward position: close.
Also available a wall push-buttom station, "open" "close" or
"stop" position. |
